Our Role

  • As a Data Controller. We act as a Data Controller for the personal information we process in connection with our Platform and services, except where stated otherwise. This means we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal information. This Privacy Notice applies only to data processing where we act as a Controller.

  • As a Data Processor. In addition to being a Data Controller, we also function as a Data Processor when we process personal information on behalf of our customers (e.g., businesses using our services). In this role we handle personal information solely based on the instructions of our customers, who act as Data Controllers. Customers are responsible for determining the purpose of the data processing. This processing is governed by our data processing agreements with the customers and not covered by this Privacy Notice.

Purposes and Legal Bases

We collect personal information depending on how you interact with our Platform. The purposes of this data collection generally include:

  • Providing and managing our services – including user authentication, customer support, and feature functionality.

  • Enhancing and personalizing the user experience – optimizing service performance, tailoring content, and improving Platform usability.

  • Ensuring security and compliance – detecting fraud, protecting against unauthorized access, and meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

  • Marketing and business development – promoting our services, engaging potential customers, and measuring campaign effectiveness.

We process personal information based on the following legal bases, as required under applicable data protection laws:

  • Contractual Necessity – When processing is required to fulfill our contract with you (e.g., account creation, providing services, processing payments).

  • Legitimate Interests – When processing is necessary for our business purposes, provided it does not override your rights (e.g., service optimization, fraud prevention, marketing to existing customers).

  • Legal Obligation – When processing is required to comply with laws (e.g., tax, regulatory requirements).

  • Consent – When we rely on your explicit permission (e.g., marketing emails, non-essential cookies, call recordings).

Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide in various contexts.

  • Account Registration & Profile Information

We collect your name, email address, job title, company name, login credentials (passwords or authentication tokens), CRM or outbound tool access tokens and other contact details necessary to create and manage your account.

Purpose:

To create and maintain user accounts, authenticate users, and enable Platform functionality.

Legal Bases:

  • Legitimate Interests – To provide our services and fulfill the contract with you or your employer.

  • Contractual Necessity – To improve account security and user experience.

  • Communications & Customer Support/Success

We collect your name, contact details (email, phone, mailing address), support inquiries, messages, and any additional information you share in correspondence.

Purpose:
To respond to inquiries, provide customer support, manage customer success, and improve service quality.

Legal Bases:

  • Legitimate Interests – To address customer inquiries and improve our services.

  • Contractual Necessity – If responding to a service-related request.

  • Service Subscriptions & Payments

We collect your payment details (processed via Stripe), transaction history, billing information, account contact details (for custom billing: name, email, company, job title, address), and details related to your subscription status, renewals, cancellations, and service changes or upgrades.

Purpose:
To process transactions, manage subscriptions, and comply with financial regulations.

Legal Bases:

  • Contractual Necessity – To process payments and manage your subscription.

  • Legal Obligation – For compliance with tax and financial regulations.

  • Platform Usage & Engagement

We collect information on uploaded content, preferences, settings, saved searches, and interactions with Platform features.

Purpose:
To personalize the user experience, improve services, and develop new features.

Legal Bases:

  • Legitimate Interests – To enhance Platform functionality and optimize user engagement.

  • Contractual Necessity – When necessary to provide requested services.

  • Sales & Product Demonstrations

We collect your name, job title, company, contact information, service needs, business objectives, meeting information (e.g., time, date, participants, title, communication method, agenda, attachments), and call recordings (for training and quality assurance).

Purpose:
To provide sales consultations, improve offerings, and enhance the sales process.

Legal Bases:

  • Legitimate Interests – To grow our business and improve sales processes.

  • Consent – If call recordings are involved (where required by law).

  • Events, Webinars, & Training Sessions

We collect your registration details (name, email, job title, company), attendance records, and feedback and survey responses.

Purpose:
To facilitate participation, improve event quality, and tailor future content.

  • Legitimate Interests – To host and improve events and webinars.

  • Consent – If explicit permission is required for follow-ups or recordings.

Information We Collect Automatically

We collect certain data automatically through cookies, tracking technologies, and server logs.

We collect your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device details, referring URLs and exit pages, date/time of access, and interactions with features.

We collect your device type and model, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.

We collect data on click behavior, scroll activity, usage and activity on our Services, heatmaps, and UTM parameters (to track marketing campaign performance).

Information We Receive from Third-Party Sources

We collect business profiles, professional contact details, LinkedIn employment history, and company-related information.

Purpose:
To enrich our database, provide lead intelligence, and optimize sales outreach.

  • Social Media & Online Interactions

We collect data from engagements with our content (likes, shares, comments) and interactions on LinkedIn, Twitter, and similar platforms.

  • Contractual Necessity – When necessary to provide services to customers.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We disclose personal information only when necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Service Providers and Business Partners. We share personal information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our Platform and providing our services, including but not limited to vendors, consultants, hosting and cloud services, technical support providers, payment processors, CRM, analytics and marketing providers, vendors, consultants. These third parties are contractually required to handle your personal information securely and in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Business Transactions. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. If required, we will notify affected users and ensure data protection commitments remain in place.

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance. We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, including responding to law enforcement requests, and protecting against fraud, security threats, or violations of our terms.

  • With Your Consent. We may share your data with third parties when you provide explicit consent.

  • Aggregated & Anonymized Data. We may share anonymized and aggregated data that does not identify you personally for research, analytics, and business intelligence purposes.

International Transfers

As a company headquartered in the United States, we may process and store personal information in locations outside your country of residence. This includes transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and other jurisdictions to the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may not have data protection laws equivalent to those in your jurisdiction.

To ensure that personal information transferred internationally is adequately protected, we implement appropriate safeguards, including:

  • Lawful Transfer Mechanisms: We rely on various lawful transfer mechanisms, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and other appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable data protection laws, depending on the nature of the transfer.

  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). We enter into legally binding contracts with our third-party service providers and partners to require appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

  • Additional Safeguards. Where applicable, we implement encryption, access controls, and other security measures to further protect your personal information.

By using our Platform or providing personal information to us, you acknowledge and consent to these international transfers, subject to applicable data protection laws.

Storage and Retention Practices

We securely store and retain your personal information only as long as necessary for its intended purpose and legal compliance, using robust security measures and regular reviews.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction. These include secure storage in encrypted databases and servers with restricted access, access controls based on job roles and operational necessity, data encryption for personal information in transit and at rest and periodic security audits to assess vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.

We retain personal information based on the purpose of collection and applicable legal requirements:

  • Account Registration & Profile Information: As long as your account remains active. If deleted, we retain data for a reasonable period for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

  • Communications & Customer Support and Success: As necessary to resolve inquiries, provide ongoing support, and for training or quality assurance purposes.

  • Service Subscriptions & Payments: Retained for billing, tax, and financial compliance as required by applicable regulations.

  • Platform Usage & Engagement: Retained while you are an active user to personalize experiences and improve service features. If inactive, data is removed after a reasonable period unless legal obligations require retention.

  • Sales & Product Demonstrations: Retained to maintain business relationships and improve sales processes. If no further engagement occurs, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Events, Webinars, & Training Sessions: Retained for follow-ups and event improvements. If you opt out, data is removed except where legally required.

  • Marketing Preferences & Communications: Retained until you opt out. If consent is withdrawn, data is removed from marketing lists, but records of consent preferences may be retained.

  • Surveys, Testimonials, & Feedback: Retained for service improvements and marketing unless a deletion request is made.

  • Automatically Collected Information: Retained for security monitoring, fraud prevention, and analytics for a limited time unless legally required.

  • Data from Third-Party Sources: Retained as part of our business efforts until the data is no longer relevant or is requested for deletion.

When personal information is no longer needed, we take appropriate steps to securely delete, anonymize, or de-identify the data to ensure it cannot be reconstructed or associated with an individual.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our Platform. These files store and retrieve information about your preferences, actions, and settings, allowing us to provide a more efficient, personalized, and secure browsing experience.

  • Hotjar Analytics

We use Hotjar to analyze user interactions and improve website usability. Hotjar collects clicks, scrolling activity, page views, time spent on different sections of our Platform, anonymized IP addresses (region-based), browser, device, screen settings, and feedback submitted through surveys and polls.

Do Not Track (DNT) Requests

Some browsers and devices allow users to send Do Not Track (DNT) signals, indicating they do not want their online activities tracked. We do not currently respond to DNT signals but adhere to our privacy policies and applicable data protection regulations.

  • Response Timeframes

We will respond to your request within 30 to 60 days, depending on applicable laws. If we need additional time (up to another 30 days), we will notify you of the delay.

  • Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. Before processing such requests, we may require proof of authorization.

  • Right to Appeal

Children’s Privacy Protection

Our Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children and will delete such information if discovered.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete such data.
